I absolutely LOVE this ring. I play with it all the time. It will tarnish pretty fast, but it’s true sterling. Get a size bigger just for the sake of the little balls being free to move.

My daughter has had this ring now for about a year. It hasn't tarnished at all, it looks just like the day she got it. The beads move very easily around the finger. Other reviews mentioned the color flaking off, she got the white gold color and there have been no problems with it whatsoever. Overall the ring is quite durable and long lasting. The beads are small and not bulky, she receives many compliments on how cool the ring is. After purchasing many anxiety rings on amazon trying to find a good balance between a chap price and good quality, this one definitely wins!

It’s exactly what described. No issues yet. I wear it everyday. I have add and adhd so anxiety comes with those. I am a picker with skin around my nails, I’m 34 years old and have done this for years. It doesn’t make you want to mess with the ring as much bc I do work and move around alot. But when I go to pick I feel or see the ring and it helps me remember and has helped the last few days on stopping myself.Only thing, it broke yesterday. So the price isn’t bad but the thickness of it lasting longer than a week or so is disappointing. I didn’t wear it all the time nor showered or slept with it on.

This ring is great for those who fidget: it’s durability is great and doesn’t turn color regardless of how much exposure to water. Since there are beads it can be easy to slide off, I would recommend sizing down if you can. I lost a few due to it being too big and falling off my fingers without realizing.

I rarely write negative reviews,but I am so annoyed I feel like I need to. I have purchased a lot of different types of anxiety rings but this one is the worst. This ring doesn't alleviate anxiety, it causes it. The plain silver option may be fine but the black was junk.First off, All but two beads were solidly stuck in place. When I finally worked them loose, it was clear that the ring is not a dark metal, but a silver ring that was dipped in paint or colorant. It was obvious because once I was able to get the stuck beads to move, it was silver where they had been stuck. (The lighter spots at the top of the ring in the picture are not light reflecting. It's where there is no dark colorant.)Second, the beads don't move around the ring because of the paint/colorant the ring was dipped in. It has gummed up the holes of the beads, or the beads weren't bored out properly, or both. They also don't even spin in place very well for the same reason.The only positive things I can say is that the fit was fine, and it came with a cute little cleaning cloth. Unfortunately when I used the cloth, more of the colour came off.Maybe I got unlucky and happened to end up with a bad one, but I am not about to exchange it to find out since it's clear that the colour will come off over time.

Absolutely love this. Perfect for people who get anxiety and or need something to fidget with. Looks very chic as well
