Great pack of button vibrations. Just attach to a button battery (not included) to make a Bristle bot for a student science experiment.

We used these for a kids group science project and they worked like a charm.

I did not like that it was smaller than expected. The expose wire was very short and it was hard to make contact with some of them.

I connected one of these to a bench supply set for 3.00V. It drew 60mA and produced a surprisingly strong vibration. As others have noted, the speed/frequency seems to increase when the motor is held more rigidly. The motor does get noticeably warm at this power level, but not hot.The wires are very thin, and stripped for only a very short length at the end. This may make it hard to connect these for some applications. You'll obviously want to avoid putting tension on the joint where the wires attach to the motor.I'm a bit concerned about the part of the instructions that says "The motor is best used within 6 months". I keep parts like this around as a source of inspiration, and I usually hang onto them for quite a few years. I don't think of electromechanical parts as "spoiling" if you don't use them soon enough. We'll see how that actually pans out.

Tiny motors but have a strong vibration! Use them for little robot projects and work great. Leads are well attached.

I used these to assemble kits for a Cub Scout activity making toothbrush robots. These were the perfect size to mount on the back of the toothbrush head and vibrates enough to move the robots around an obstacle course. The Scouts will be so excited to make and race these. These arrived within the timeframe given by the seller and were packaged well. If I need more, I'll definitely buy from this seller.
