It’s perfect !
I was pleasantly surprised with this convertible sofa. The quality is fantastic , the couch is firm but comfortable, the grey color was as expected. The size is perfect for our office, this is a full size so smaller than a queen. It will be used for grandkids or 1 adult I think quite small for 2 adults. It’s easy to turn from sofa to bed.I saw this exact same sofa on another website for $200 more….couldnt be happier with this purchase!

Looks great, just the right size and pretty comfortable
So far it seems perfect. We'll know more once someone sleeps on it overnight. The weight limit might be a little difficult if there are two people. Hope your guests are on the skinny side. But it fits the room and our needs so far.

Just what I needed
Love this couch! The color is a very nice grey (not as silver as the pictures which I was happy about). It’s super comfy and sturdy in the couch, lounger, and recliner. It’s a great size - can fit two comfortably. It was easy enough to assemble by myself (and I’m 5’2” woman not particularly strong). The only small thing I don’t like are the little button things all over the cushions but not a big enough thing to take away a star. Overall really happy with this purchase :)

Great Sofa bed-Full size-Well made
This sofa bed is awesome. It is a perfect fit in our safe room. It is wide enough and long enough for two people to sleep on. It is pretty firm. The only thing we had to put on was the sides of the sofa. It takes two people to do that. The legs were already attached and the mechanism on the pull out was already together. The Java color is a little lighter than the picture. It is pretty heavy in the box. We got ours in the house using dolly rollers. We took it out of the box in the living room and then moved it into the smaller safe room before we put the sides on. That made it easier to get thru the doors. Well satisfied. It is pretty FIRM. 😎

Perfect sleeper sofa
The Serta sofa looks beautiful even though it is more blue/grey than charcoal. It is solid and well built and the fabric looks and feels great. Rhe sleeper opens and reclines easily.You will have to slide the sofa about 6" from the wall to fully recline but moves easily. The sofa and bed is firm but should soften a little with use. We love that the bed measures 75" when fully opened.We are totally happy with the purchase and the price was great which included flawless and on time in house delivery and setup!

Hard and uncomfortable
I’m not sure why so many people find this a comfortable sofa. The cushion is hard which would be ok if the back angle wasn’t a choice between way too upright and too reclined.It’s easy to open. Fits well. And will be a decent spare bed. But as a sofa, thumbs down.Also I was super unhappy with the delivery which I’m sure depends on where you live. It was dropped off on my driveway without the promised heads up on date or time.
