No special Training or equipment needed Sonax ceramic coating Cc36 kit bonds to paint surface providing a glass-like finish, but flexible long term protection with exceptional resistance to UV light and chemicals. Also provides protection to aggressive environmental influences such as road salt, tar, and street and industrial pollution. The surface gets Super hydrophobic, acts as a dirt repellent and requires less maintenance effort due to "easy-to-clean" effect. Gives an incredible deep shine with impressive color intensity. When used in combination with Sonax polymer net shield, protects up to 3 years. Use with Sonax polymer net shield, item no. 223300 and Sonax microfiber cloths, item no. 450700.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: is it only for new cars?**
A: not necessarily. used cars can use this too but you have to make sure your paint is clean. This product is a SEALANT and Protectant.  you always want to wash the car, dry it, clay bar the paint, paint correct any issues then finally apply Ceramic coating to seal in your hard work.

A: Excelente.

**Q: What product do you use to maintain this coating?**
A: Most will just use a good car wash soap to clean and a microfiber towel to dry.  Sonax sells a recharging product that is supposed to extend the life of the coating and it is used few months.  I personally use an anti static shine enchancer from kenotek after I wash and dry
Many say that waxing is unnecessary once you have a ceramic coat

**Q: is it scratch protective ?**
A: No ceramic coating is scratch protective.  Light marring will be in the coating but actual scratches will get through a coating. Some coatings are self heailing but those are for very fine marring in the coating.
