Let the marker dry then wipe off with a wet paper towel. I wiped mine off with a piece of wet toilet paper and it came right off as you can see in the pictures. Now you probably can't use just any marker obviously. That's where common sense comes in. You may have to order these specific markers which I'm totally willing to do because my toddlers are already learning great pen control with this book and we've had it one day.
