It's very nice to have the two additional burners on the top for our small business. When you're ready to brew another pot simply place the empty pot on the lower burner and add a full pitcher of water in the top flap. The water pitcher IS included. As soon as you start pouring the water in the top the stored hot water in the machine starts to push out which starts the brew process immediately! The burners don't have timers so you'll have to manually turn them off when you're done. Review: It's not like I buy one of these things every day - It's not like I buy one of these things every day. I had some from my old coffee maker. You can get new coffee pots at Sam's club or Costco fro around $15.00 each. **Q: Does this machine also have a spicket for hot hot water dispensing?** A: Pour over brewers do not have hot water faucets.
