I probably should have used a heavier rope, being in a neighborhood pool,

Just as described.

Looks okay, rope is plenty long. Hook is a little cheesy, not very strong, had to replace pretty quick. Also, 2 of the floats filled with water in less than a week, which probably means they were cracked. But it did the job through the summer.
