Review: Superb Combination for Heart & Bone Health - There are numerous combination Vitamin D & K supplements available. But this is one of the very few I trust to work. I like the forms & dosages of vitamin K for both healthy blood clotting AND arterial health (i.e. keeping calcium out of the arteries and heart valves, and in the bones, where it belongs). The form & dosage of vitamin D3 should be sufficient for most people's needs. Vitamin D cannot be efficiently absorbed and converted to its biologically active form without sufficient levels of vitamin K2 (as MK-4 & MK-7), as well as magnesium. Jarrow Formulas has really done their (scientific) homework. Jarrow Formulas has recently changed their labels, but the formulas are still the same exceptional quality. They've been one of the premier brands in the supplement industry for several decades. I highly recommend this product.

There are numerous combination Vitamin D & K supplements available. But this is one of the very few I trust to work. The form & dosage of vitamin D3 should be sufficient for most people's needs. Vitamin D cannot be efficiently absorbed and converted to its biologically active form without sufficient levels of vitamin K2 (as MK-4 & MK-7), as well as magnesium. Jarrow Formulas has really done their (scientific) homework. Jarrow Formulas has recently changed their labels, but the formulas are still the same exceptional quality.
