It arrived quickly. Looks like good packaging in a sealable foil packet. The color is good. seems like a good value. Will start using it in about a week, after current old supplies run out.

If you do not plan to include the scoop, perhaps you could at least tell us the size on the bag. Instead, it reads "one scoop" with juice, shakes, etc. And why won't it mix with water? Will not buy this brand again.

Lots of good benefits for including and consuming Barley Grass as an ingredient in our detox smoothies. Not tasty bt itself.

I used to use "Micro Ingredients Organic Barley Grass Juice Powder" long ago. Then the price went up. So I used another brand. Then I got sent a tiny bag, so I used it. Up until this day, I had been using 1/4 cup of the other light colored barley brand (see the photo), and I could barely taste it. Well today I mindlessly scooped out 1/4 cup into my protein shake like every day...but it was Micro Ingredients Organic Barley Grass Juice Powder this time. Wow! With that quantity, the smell of fresh barley went from my mouth, and up and through my nostrils with each swallow. The taste was very much barley...but then I wasn't supposed to add 1/4 cup to my protein shake. For a few hours I felt full, which my protein shake never did before. Perhaps 1/4 cup needed 5 stomachs...okay, maybe not. I was just fine, but I did get the impression I just drank nutrition, whereas my prior barley was mostly dead in comparison.

Nothing wrong with the product. It's barley juice powder. It comes in a little bag that is a pain to reseal every time. If you squeeze it to get the air out, the powder flies out and you waste a LOT. If you try to gently fold it instead, it takes longer. The powder gets all over the outside and somehow makes it sticky. I'm going to put it into a container with a lid so that I can just open it, scoop out what I need and close it without a big, messy, costly effort. What a pain. Will buy another brand next time

The other barley grass juice product has malto dextrin in it which I was allergic to.
