It seems like the rim and handle are a issue across most. I dont know if its because I got the stainless steel rim instead of the black (also available from this seller), but mine are perfect. Plus these ones seem to be bigger than the other sellers. I love tiny cups. But the people who these are going to, want a normal size cup 🤣. The print came out perfect. I love these cups. No flaws on my cups. Again there was a few other brands that kind of had good reviews and those cups were cheaper in price but they were also smaller sizes. These are perfect for size and quality. Also big points because they come individual boxed. Which is never mentioned in the description for some reason. I dont know why, because that fact alone, will make me buy one product over the other. And because they are individually packaged they have a better chance at arriving to you undamaged, and make shipping to friends or gifting so much easier. Definitely recommend
