Easy plug and play. **Q: So no one can tell me how many watts? Guess I'll but elsewhere.** A: Given that these replace tweeters that max out at 30 watts/6 ohms, and they each share a channel with another full range speaker, and there is no associated amplifier upgrade available (just the stock head unit), I'm inclined to say there's no possible way these are rated anywhere near 150 watts rms. Doubt 150 peak either, but peak is irrelevant. Odds are up to 50 rms. They're sealed in the housing so no way to verify either without Kicker or Subaru confirming. **Q: Will they fit a 2015 Crosstrek?** A: According to the Subaru Accessories catalog, yes these will fit a 2015 Crosstrek. **Q: Will this fit my 2017 Toyota Tacoma?** A: your 2017 is a 3rd gen tacoma, I bought these same exact tweeters for my 2020 trd sport. fits like a glove. no need for extra harness or anything. straight factory upgrade for 3rd gen tacomas. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Night and day difference on a 2nd gen Tacoma (non jbl) *by on Reviewed in the United States July 2, 2026* The bolt right up but you'll have to modify the connector on the truck. Very easy job. Plenty of videos to walk you through it. Night and day sound difference compared to stock. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Epic change in sound *by on Reviewed in the United States June 25, 2026* Game changing sound improvement!!! Took about 4 minutes to install them both and the sound is amazingly better. Cleaned up the normal muffled sound of the terrible factory speakers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than the ridiculously bad dash tweeters. *by on Reviewed in the United States May 2, 2024* I installed these in my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness. They make the stereo sound crisper, or less muffled. It’s not an earth shattering difference, but definitely noticeable and worth the money. It’s probably the first thing I should have changed on the car. They are direct plug-ins, but not direct mounting. I used self-tapping license plate screws (made for tapping plastic capture nuts) to tap the square holes in the speaker bucket under the speaker grille. The square holes closest to the windshield make the most sense. I also elongated the holes in the speaker brackets. That all made for a very clean and secure installation. It took about an hour to do the whole job, because I was very careful to not overdo it. Do yourself a favor and get a small, low profile ratchet with a Phillips bit to make the job go faster.I tried to post photos numerous times, but Amazon won’t upload them for reason. I’ve never had that problem before. ## Frequently Bought Together - Subaru Tweeter Kicker Speaker Kit for 2012-2021 Impreza WRX STi Forester Crosstrek - H631SFJ101 - Genuine OEM - Subaru Speaker Upgrade Kit by Kicker - H631SFJ001 - Genuine OEM - KLTECH 4Pcs Auto Door Clip Panel Trim Removal Tool Kits Thick Plastic Car Tools for Car Dash Radio Audio Installer Pry Tool with Paper Box --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ec/products/40529103-tweeter-kicker-speaker-kit-for-2012-2021-impreza-wrx-sti](https://www.desertcart.ec/products/40529103-tweeter-kicker-speaker-kit-for-2012-2021-impreza-wrx-sti) --- *Product available on Desertcart Ecuador* *Store origin: EC* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
