## Questions & Answers

**Q: Wi-fi control with hue hub possible? the “control with bluetooth” option is confusing.**
A: None of these devices use WiFi.  They use Bluetooth and Zigbee.  If you use the Hub, it controls the device via Zigbee.  You can control ~50 devices with a single hub.  You can use your phone to control the lights without a hub.  In that case, the phone Bluetooth is used to control the light.  I believe you can control 10 lights with Bluetooth but I am not certain.

**Q: Can i use this with a wall switch?**
A: I don't see why not.  It should default to whatever the color was before you turned it off.  But if you have an Alexa with a built in hub...you can just turn it on/off with your voice.

**Q: Can someone confirm the dimensions for this lamp? the old version of the lamp listed the dimensions as 3.7"d x 4.3"w x 58.6"h, is this one smaller?**
A: 2 choices.. Floor lamp and Table lamp. Select the table lamp for the correct dimensions.

**Q: Will this stand well on a carpeted floor?**
A: Yes the base is pretty well weighted
