This stuff is magic. You dab a little on top of your mouth sore and it forms a seal that protects and numbs the area. I'm not sure that it really does all that much to promote healing, but it definitely lets you eat and drink without pain, which is a huge blessing. It is a kind of unpleasant brown color upon application, but let's be honest, you have a mouth sore, you're kind of unpleasant yourself.Beware that after a little bit of time and/or eating, the product will start to come off from the applied area and you run the risk of a gross little blob of dried out product floating around your mouth and possibly sticking to your teeth. Even at this point, the application area is still sort of number out, which is great.

This is the only product out there that actually covers canker sores and lasts for hours. Other product just numb the area. This makes a ‘skin’ over the sore and gives great relief. Can’t say enough about this product!

Best fix for small cheek bites. It’s like “new skin” for your mouth. It burns when it goes on, but you can eat anything afterwards.

Wow, I'm amazing with this product which it is WORKS for oral sore etc. I came crossed on many items trying them and none of them working until this one. My daughter said it is really works because it is gone in 2 days! Wow! Yes, this is bit sting, if using B (no sting). I ordered both. ever accidentally bite yourself, or a jagged bite of bread nick your lip? Zilactin B will numb and burn it clean, even if the sore or wound is red or painful. Few applications of this stuff will numb it out and speed up healing.

This is the best stuff. I wished local stores would carrry it. At least Amazon does
