Review: I like the design over the typical rectangular power strip. It lights up so you can see it at night and has plenty of plug in ports. What confused me however was the screw that came with it. I can't see how it can be used as the thickness of the device is vastly deeper than the screw itself. I don't think you need the screw that comes with it or if you do, you may need to obtain a custom one that is extremely longer.

**Q: What is etl certified? it's made up. etl listed is the real deal. careful with chinese products.**
A: ETL Certification Definition The ETL mark, short for Edison Testing Laboratories, is, in part, an equipment safety certification program operated by the laboratory, Intertek. Intertek is one of the few NRTLs (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories), a third-party testing program which is overseen by OSHA.

**Q: Do I remove the current outlet plate and screw or only the screw?**
A: It works either way.  I removed the outlet plate so the unit is flush to the wall.  The unit is larger than the wall plate so it covers the outlet opening.  If you leave the plate on there is a slight gap between the wall and the unit.

**Q: Why does the green LED fade in and out rapidly?**
A: Odd. Mine just stays a steady green.

**Q: Does this product waste energy when not in use? How much energy does the green light use?**
A: Very little if anything at all.

I can't see how it can be used as the thickness of the device is vastly deeper than the screw itself.
