I thought the recipe book would give me recipes to use with the new rice cooker, but it’s just a normal recipe book & it’s not full of recipes for the rice cooker. GOOD NEWS IS; online the site that sells the product does have recipes. I wanted a recipe for Spanish rice but I can't find one even online. I don't want to make a mistake & do something wrong that will harm the rice cooker. I'm not good at making things up & adding it into a rice cooker without a recipe. I do like the rice cooker, but I must learn what I can cook in it besides the rice. The do have a rice & bean recipe, but I have not tried it yet. I wanted; fry rice, Mexican & Spanish rice. some people do PASTA RECIPES, but I don’t know if it will work with all rice cookers or not. It does make great rice. I have never been good at making rice without a list of problems from burning it, scorching it, overdone, or under done. Rice was never the same every time I cooked it like it is with this rice cooker. I have the one that you can also cook groats.
