The Trex Rain Escape system (trough, tape and collectors) is expensive but it works well. I’m impressed by the various ways they can be used on different deck designs (like cantilevers).

This is a great product if you want to prevent water fro going under your deck.  It is a bit expensive for some plastic, but there are many alternatives out there
