Ocean Forest is richer in nitrogen from the added blend of crab meal, fish emulsion, and bat guano (no need to add nitrogen fertilizer at first). Happy Frog has mycorrhizae and is amended with soil microbes to improve root development and encourage nutrient uptake. Happy Frog also has less perlite than Ocean Forest so it will hold more water.
