The vertical pull range is 9-19 lbs. Horizontal pull ranges from 2-9 lbs. The pull in both directions can be changed by adjusting the length of the rubber tube. **Q: I know it is not all about draw weight, but I pull 50 lbs bow so 9-19 ibs is not enough for me to exercise. Can I short the rubber to achieve 30?** A: Not with this product, you wont get a 30lb draw simulation out of it, it would need different resistance bands. With the band all the way in, so as tough as it can be to pull, I can only pull it about half way to full draw at 28", not because of the resistance, but because it feels like it will snap if I go any further, it basically loses its elasticity. It is weak, the only benefit I get out of it is bow arm tension simulating bow weight with the foot strap which is adequate.
