I bought a brake light switch for my 2011 GMC Sierra, and it’s working great. I didn’t have issues with the cruise control, but the Stabilitrak and traction control lights kept coming on while driving. At first, I was worried it could be a bigger issue, but after some research, I found out that a faulty brake light switch could be the cause. After watching one YouTube video and spending about 10 minutes on the fix, the problem was solved. Installation was super easy—just one 10 mm bolt, unplug the old switch, and plug in the new one. It’s a straightforward DIY job that saved me both time and money on a mechanic visit. The new switch fit perfectly and instantly cleared the warning lights. It’s been working flawlessly since then, and I haven’t seen the Stabilitrak or traction control lights come back on. If you’re dealing with similar warning lights on a GMC Sierra or a similar model, I highly recommend this brand. It works perfectly and saved me a lot of hassle.
