A: After long button press you have to readjust the time because it might be set to AM

**Q: I’ve only had this clock for a little under two weeks and it stopped working what can I do to get it replaced**
A: I would suggest going through the return process through Amazon.

If you can get past the poorly written instructions to set it up, it's a good clock. I like the size, and importantly I wanted a clock that's wired so I wouldn't have to worry about changing batteries all the time.
