Review: Great product for commercial auto repair shop - Have eight of these reels in use in our shop. The function is great - the hoses remain pliable, easy to install and much more durable than the plastic counterparts. I'll continue to buy these units over the lincolns with stiff hoses. Also - I'm pretty sure they are cheaper than other legacy brands - it's a win/win. Have had to repair one hose, and replace another - that was also very simple AFTER I contacted customer support to get the correct part.

**Q: Does it need a whip hose to connect to the air compressor**
A: U can use the whip for anything. Air compressor will plumb straight to reel if preferred

**Q: Is this reel spring loaded so it can be mounted on the ceiling or does it have a crank and has to be manually rewound?**
A: It is spring loaded and I don’t see any issue with mounting it to the ceiling.

**Q: Is the air line included?**
A: Yes

**Q: can you fit more than 50' on the reel?**
A: Very doubtful. It might squeeze out 10’ more but if it’s rolled up uneven, could get wedged against the wall/ ceiling

This reel saves me so much time its hard to justify not owning one. It avoids trip hazards when installed on a ceiling, you need less hose out to do the work and it winds back up very consistently. A male connection on the end going into my compressor would be a nice addition to the package and the hose connecting to the reel could be a bit longer for a little more freedom.
