This book is the quintessential e-commerce bible.Any one that is new to the e-com needs to read this book from cover to cover.This well-articulated easy-to-understand book provides all the information to guide you step by step on how to market your website.Within the pages of this book, you will gain a great deal of insight on how to best structure your offers, increase conversions and get people to your store.Another thing that is noteworthy is that it focuses on teaching you how to build your own website, as opposed to using someone else’s selling platform, such as Amazon or eBay.With so many other books out there about e-commerce this is one that focuses on marketing physical products rather than digital goods.If you’re new to e-commerce like I am this nook will cover all the important stuff you need to know such as target market, boosting conversion, profit maximizers, how to collect and analyze data, advertising channels, front end marketing, and back end marketing.This book is jam packed with amazing information that has already helped me to bring in more net revenue.I love that this information is not only practical but it is exactly what the author uses for himself. Honest review - Actionable Book if You're a Go Getter Without The Excuses
Honestly when I first purchased this book I was excited, yet skeptical since I'm a part of a high level mastermind group and on the inside with entrepreneurs that make 7-8 figures a year. Boy did this blow my mind and prove to me a book can be just as much value as a high level mastermind group. The whole process of how an eCommerce is broken down into actionable simple to understand explanations and steps that a caveman could follow.In this book you learn everything that goes into a frontal end sales funnel, back end sales funnel, marketing, re-targeting, the no nos of advertising, market research, product research, price research, suppliers, building ideas for niches/products. This book will give you all the tools to take action if you're serious about making your goals happen. It can't do anything for you though if you sit around and let it gather dust. There are no sale pitches in this book, only pure actionable contentMe and my business partner after reading this book are almost ready to launch on Amazon FBA after only being done reading this book less then a week ago. (This book will help you if you are running an amazon business, shopify business, and any type of eCommerce business.)Good luck everyone! You can read all the books in the world, have all the mentors in the world, have all the tools in the world to get you to your goal; but if you don't take action, it will never happen. Must be the new Ecommerce Bible! If you're passionate about your online business and have a real desire to excel to the top of your competition and make the most of your opportunities, you owe it to yourself and your family to give this detailed roadmap a read - more than once! I purchased two so my wife and I could each have a copy. Ecommerce Evolved nails down the elusive processes required to navigate the ever-changing ecommerce waters and finally reveals the mysteries behind the success of so many ecommerce "Whales" you are always hearing about. The real good news is that once the smoke has cleared, you find yourself in the unusual position of realizing that you can do this too! If you want the true story about how successful ecommerce isn't some secret magical trick - just great knowledge and a lot of hard work, Tanner Larsson has given you the complete formula right here in this one-of-a-kind playbook. I found myself saying: "So, that's how they do it!."

Practical information for e-commerce business
If you have or are planning to start an e-commerce business, the author provides useful tips and guides for your undertaking. I have the paperback which is 356 pages. Itr’s an easy read that can be done in 3 or 4 afternoons. I gave it 4, and not 5, stars because the author is fairly relentless in promoting the services of his own company. If self-promotion bothers you, then you probably need to pass on the book. I thought his approach gave his comments more credibility so it didn’t bother me.The book encourages entrepreneurs not to overspend, to recognize that marketing is essential, and to put in the personal effort to understand their customers and competitors. Understanding customers (creation of an “avatar”) is described in detail.If you don’t want to read 356 pages, read the 12 Core Principles of E-commerce beginning on page 13 and each chapter has a brief summary at the end of the chapter that conveys the major takeaways of the chapter. I found that the chapters contained details that added value and the book is well written so the chapters read well.One major takeaway is that you must control the order process to have a business. When a business relies too much on others, the “others” can change their rules and do major damage to your “business”. See, for a current example, what Apple’s change in its privacy rules has done to adversely impact Facebook’s business.From the orders that I place on Amazon, I recognize many of the author’s recommended courses of action to encourage more sales. He also emphasizes that the hunt for more traffic online is more nuanced than simply adding unique visitors to your website.He gives specific recommendations for websites to visit and online approaches to take to improve your business. If you have, or plan to start, an online business, I highly recommend that you read the book.
