I asked for a refund as I had already purchased a different product locally to complete my project, and that's when they stopped responding.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I use these to fix our ceramic tile that's around our in ground fiberglass pool. The tile is at the water line and I didn't want to have to drain the pool to use some other glues. This one holds the tile up and you can use it while it's wet.
