worked fine for me. I take one or two before and after I work and they help me recover from over heating keeping away heat exahaution.

Very Good for Hot Weather
I used to use these in the Army in South America. They prevent heat exhaustion and heat stroke. I use them now in hot weather and they work. Very good!
