Made my old sloppy joints on my 66 Mustang look much cleaner after replacement of firewall and cowl. I used this in conjunction with welding but it makes a wonderful joint sealer after the panels are welded up even if not used between the panels. It says to only use resistance (spot) welding, but I used plug welding and avoided the area of weld holes with the adhesive because it does burn a bit and liquifies if it gets too hot. Clamp or screw the panels all around to get them flush then weld. I think it's stronger than just welds. You can see similar products in comparison with spot welding on youtube. It has incredible holding power. I just wish it cost less. For my firewall and cowl I needed a little more than one tube, so what remains will be used on the floor pans.
