Better than expected - a great alternative to more expensive options, especially for those with a little tech savvy.Man, what a great little tablet. I usually travel all over the world with a Dell Precision laptop, which weighs roughly as much as a medium sized desktop. I went looking for a lighter alternative I could use when I didn't need to do things like, you know, finite element analysis while traveling (it happens). I checked on the usual suspects. Surface. iPad. Samsung Tab. Saw this while surfing about, and decided to take a chance. Ordered it, the keyboard, and waited the grueling two days for it to arrive (when does Drone Delivery start in my area???)Unboxing was simple. They haven't wasted any money on a fancy gift box. There is no manual. There doesn't need to be. There's a tablet, a charger, and a USB-C cable for charging. Well packaged, but not fancy, which I appreciated not paying for. Press and hold on/off to start it. It gives you the Windows/Android choice. Both work great. The Remix OS Android reminds me of Ubuntu - I like it more than I thought I would, but Win10 is the reason I got this.My Bluetooth mouse connected flawlessly, as did my external Bluetooth speaker. I'm not having any WiFi issues.The keyboard connected, snapped right in, and converted to Laptop mode. The touch pad had a "gesture" to minimize windows which I found maddening, but a search of the Chuwi forum found a scripting tool and the script to disable it. No problem.(BTW, the Chuwi forum is nothing short of awesome - they talk you through doing all kinds of things with this tablet)Then, as a real test, I connected it to my AOC USB travel monitor (installed drivers first, naturally.)At first, nothing. Then, I connected the screen's non-3.0 USB cable to a phone charger, and the extra power solved the problem - bam, I'm rocking a 17" screen on this little thing.The tablet has a USB-C port which doubles as the charging port - you'll likely want a longer USB-C cord. The power adapter is 3A, so a "regular" phone charger won't do unless it's shut off completely. The keyboard adds two USB ports, and a USB-C adapter adds several.The "drive" space is limited, but I'm opting to not wipe out the Remx OS/Android partition. Instead, I've ordered a nice, fast 128GB microSD card to augment it. With this quick processor, I'm going to try installing some 2D graphics applications, and see how it holds up for stuff other than Office 365 (installed just fine) and dev environments.Battery life seems to be about 6 to 7 hours.I'm about to go on another 2 week multi-country trip, and look forward to using this rather than the good ol' behemoth Dell.And I'm very glad I didn't spend over $1k on a competing product.The company is located in Longhua, Shenzhen, which is also known as "Foxconn City." The people behind this probably had some heavy influence or even experience with some very big names. It sure feels that way.I'll update after 2 weeks in Malaysia and Singapore. Tablet worked for a little while before dying while charging. I let the battery go down to 20 percent, and plugged up my charger. Within a minute, the tablet just poof, died. A stench of burnt circuitry came from the charging port soon afterwards.Other than that, the OS swapping in both Windows and Android (5.0) is quite handy, albeit a little slow. Windows 10 can get a bit laggy, especially if you're using the Chrome internet browser, but nothing too crippling to the system. Using the touchpad with the optional keyboard on Windows 10 is a complete hassle; the side touch can't be disabled, since it's only a Windows 10 Home edition, and there are no specific drivers for it.It feels sturdy in the hands, as if a few drops wouldn't affect it at all.Could've been a good little streaming laptop/tablet, if it hadn't died on me. The culprit could be the incredibly cheap parts used to build the insides. I'm glad Amazon's return policy is outstanding, as I had to send it back.

From a value point of view I give it four stars. This is a budget tablet, so do not expect wonders. You can work in Windows, although it is kind of sluggish. Still, very workable though. You tube is fine even at HD. Browsing is fine. The Internet explorer is very smooth, but I do not like it and installed Opera. Firefox is slow. I also installed LibreOffice 5.3 and it is working OK. Takes a moment to load the drop-down menus, but again, very workable. If you expect to do some office work get the keyboard.In Android mode, all works fine as on a large phone.So, overall, I am satisfied for the price. You get a ton of functionality w/o having to break your piggy bank. I recommend it!There is one issue, though, it gets hot while charging. Initially, I though it was broken and was ready to return it. Make sure to leave it upside down so that the heat dissipates quicker through the aluminum back.

I have been very impressed with the capabilities of this tablet thus far. It readily accepted my 256GB SD Chip with no issues, even though it states you can use only 128GB (I am out of those right now), the stylus I got with it work wonderfully as well and switching from Windows to Android only takes a few seconds. I was also most happy to see that it accepted Office 2016 with no problems what-so-ever, it did take a while to download and install, but once done it was fast and responsive. I have only had it a week and I am still being impressed every time I use it. The only draw back are the short power cord and even though the typical battery life is up to six hours, it would be nice for a bit more to get through the entire day. I am so satisfied with this that I am also buying one for my niece for her high school graduation so that she has something portable to use in college.

I've had the tablet for a few months and I really like it. I use it mostly on the Window side, but the android side works just as well. My only complaints are that it doesn't have a USB port and it uses a non-standard charging cable. It's annoying, but there are ways to work around the problem.

It works with well Windows 10 and Android. The speed is OK - this is a $200 so do not expect a very fast device. Some apps/features in Android complain about rooted device, not a big deal, never researched thoroughly what is going on. Battery life is a few hours.BIG PROBLEM: often doesn't wake up from sleep, especially in Android!!! When that happens, your have to press the power button for 10 seconds and wait for the device to reboot, about 30 seconds. Obviously, it is a huge issue because instead of one second wake up, you have to wait for more than 30 seconds for a reboot.If not the wake up problem, I would have given the device 4/5 stars based on the speed and features vs price ratio.

Dopo una settimana di utilizzo posso venire dire che non vale quel che costa. Tastiera che scrive una volta si e due no, touchpad impreciso, batteria che dura pochissimo e che risulta lenta a caricarsi. Sconsiglio l'acquisto.

Ho acquistato il tablet e la tastiera, entrambi perfettamente funzionanti... ero titubante per la tastiera dopo aver letto varie lamentele, invece funziona tutto alla perfezione e l'aggancio del tablet è davvero solido. Ad oggi, posso dirmi soddisfatta! La parte Windows funziona benissimo ed è quello che realmente mi interessava, invece su android ho problemi ad accedere al mio account (l'unico motivo di 4 stelle e non 5). Il pc risulta leggero e maneggevole!LO CONSIGLIO A CHI HA BISOGNO DI UN PC/TABLET DA PORTARE OVUNQUE.

War auf der Suche nach einem Notebook und bin so auf dieses Tablett gestoßen. In Verbindung mit einer Tastatur sehr zu empfehlen. Hab mir die original Tastatur gleich mit bestellt. Machte auch einen soliden Eindruck. Leider hatte die einen Fehler. Sie reagierte nicht immer und so musste zu viel korrigiert werden. Wurde zurück geschickt und zurück erstattet. Hab mir jetzt eine anderweitige gekauft, da diese von Amazone nicht mehr angeboten wird. Aber das Tablett ist Top und unschlagbar im Preis. Nicht zu unterschätzen die 2 Betriebssysteme, was doch flexibel macht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Après une dizaine de jours d'utilisation voici mes impressions, tablette reçu rapidement, emballage Amazon plutôt léger. La tablette est jolie et bien fini. il y a même un protège écran d'installer. Au boot du démarrage vous choisissez le système à démarrer et elle démarre en moins d'une minute pour Windows et en un peu plus d'une minute pour Android.À la première utilisation Windows se mets à jour et la c'est très long, la journée en faite, pas de mis à jour pour Android.Ensuite vous retrouvez un Windows 10 normal et un Android 5.01 qui est un peu dépasser, j'aurais préféré au moins un 6 et je ne pense pas qu'il y aura des mises à jour car c'est un Android à la mouture Chuwi, rien de surperflu et sur le store quelques applications non compatibles et d'autres où on nous préviens qu'elle n'est peut être pas optimiser pour la tablette mais elle s'installe quand même.Pour ce qui est de la tablette proprement dit, elle est très réactive, le tactile fonctionne très bien, la définition de l'écran et les couleurs sont très jolie. La tablette est légère, mais l'ensemble tablette clavier est un peu lourd puisque le clavier est plus lourd que cette dernière. Mais le clavier est presque indispensable surtout quand je rédige un avis!!! Dans l'ensemble un bon matériel mais un gros point faible... le son délivré par les deux petits Haut-parleurs sur les côtés est déplorable, prévoir un haut-parleur Bluetooth si vous voulez regarder des films. Autre point négatif, la partie Android ne contient pas de DRM, il est donc impossible de regarder un logiciel de TV comme Molotov qui demande ces DRM> mais vous pouvez le faire sur la partie Windows. Dernier point négatif, il n'y a pas de port usb normal sur la tablette, mais si comme moi vous achetez le clavier avec, vous en aurez deux sur ce dernier.Dans l'ensemble un bon matériel, surtout pour le prix, les 4 giga de ram se font bien sentir, la tablette est très réactive rien à voir avec mon ancienne Tablette 3. À voir dans le temps.P.S : Attention, après quelques semaines d'utilisation, je me suis aperçu qu'elle ne contenait pas de puce GPS pour ceux qui veulent utiliser Maps ou autre navigateur... ni compter pas...Je suis quand même satisfait de mon achat.Le 04.11.2018Apres 1 an d'utilisation, je veux rajouter que cette tablette vieillie mal, elle s’éteint toute seule a chaque fois que je referme le clavier et je suis d'accord avec certains commentaires : la wifi est déplorable, par exemple quand j'utilise Molotov ça n’arrête pas de couper alors quand j'en ai marre et que je prends mon S8 pour regarder la TV avec ce logiciel du même endroit, je dirais même plus cote a cote de la tablette... pas une seule coupure!!!Je ne crois pas que je rachèterais ce genre de matériel!!!

Ho avuto problemi sin dall'inizio con l'accensione. Pensavo fosse solo la batteria poco carica. Dopo 2 giorni non si accendeva piú. Mandato indietro. Aspetto il reso per prenderne un altro. Capita quindi ci riprovo..Amazon sempre eccellente.
