We ordered the two pack of the Lincove Signature down pillows in King Firm which we paired with the Lincove Sateen pillow protector covers. The items were packed extremely well and arrived very fast. I was very impressed with the quality and feel of the pillows but after one night it was apparent that the were too firm for us as side sleepers. This was most likely due to the fact that we have a 2" thick topper. Perhaps they would have softened up with time, but too firm for our situation.We decided to exchange the pillows for the Medium and Sarah @ Lincove helped us couldn't have made the process go smoother.We received the Medium pillows and they were perfect for our situation and tastes. They did not take any getting used to and were soft, supportive, and cool. Awesome product and great customer support! Absolutely worth it.

It's hard for a company to live up to expectations when they're selling you a ~$200 pillow. Well, Lincove has succeeded in doing just that. I've purchased three of these pillows already, since everyone I seem to tell, either goes out and buys one, or asks me to purchase one for them. (Yes, they do still pay for the pillow even when I order it for them.) I've researched down pillows (real goose down, and as close to 100% goose down stuffing as I could find, (not feather, not duck)) for a long, long time. I finally settled on this 100% Canadian Down Filled Signature Pillow by Lincove and placed it on my wish list over 9 months ago. In all of that time, I have not found another pillow that compared in both quality and price. I finally purchased this pillow last month and could not be happier! It is certainly worth the price to me. It has given me some of the best quality sleep that I've had since I was a kid. My head is very sensitive to any amount of pressure and I am prone to headaches when lying on anything other than one (or two) of my three down pillows that I've had for almost 20 years. After 20 years my old pillows were flat and offered no support whatsoever. I was very surprised with the amount of support and the loft that my new Lincove Signature Pillow provided. All without sacrificing that wonderful, floating on a cloud-like feeling, that is so hard to find. These pillows are so soft and comfortable. They're filled with a generous amount of 100% Heterite Canadian goose down and wrapped in a quality cover. They are never vacuum-sealed; and even shipped in durable bags inside of an over-sized box so the pillow is fluffy and ready to use as soon as you get it. As nice as these pillows are, the very best part is the company who makes them. I've spoken with the sellers numerous times for questions or information and they are extremely kind and helpful people. They genuinely care about the quality of the products they make and the satisfaction of their customers. Believe me, they are very easy to deal with, and if you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, they'll fix it, even if it means refunding your purchase. So you really have nothing to lose.

If you are wishing for the fluffiest most luxurious super down pillow you will love this. It is not a totally flat pillow it is definitely made to be supportive and has a generous amount of down in it. I have been trying various down pillows and this is the highest quality one I've found so far! It is not vacuum packed and does not need to be fluffed in the dryer. Just perfect on arrival! I bought the Queen Firm Cloud pillow before and it was too underfilled for my taste and my head sank all the way down. I traded it for the Queen Firm Signature pillow because I was told by a rep it would feel denser. The difference is almost unnoticeable and Even this Signature Queen Firm is not dense enough to support my head high enough to not cause neck and shoulder pain. For some reason they show a woman in the video laying her head on the FIRM pillow and her head is waaay high, doesn't sink it much. That's VERY misleading and in reality the pillow is MUCH flatter than what they show in the video - more like their Medium pillow. But the quality is there, the softness is amazing and if you put your hand under it or lean it against another pillow it feels good. It is denser than any other down firm pillow I tried from other companies. If it had 5-10 more ounces of fill it would be PERFECT.

Best pillow I have ever owned. Reminds me of the pillows on the Heavenly Bed at the Westin Hotel. Totally worth the money. But buy a pillow protector so your pillow lasts.
