Absolutely love ANYTHING Shark makes! I got new flooring in my home and cringed at the thought of mopping all of it! I am not a fan of Swiffers and def didn’t want one of those. Then I saw this steamer and remembered that I had one years ago and I loved it! I gave it to my sister cuz I no longer needed it and she still uses it! They are quality products and last a very long time, years!! I love the idea of no chemicals and no bending over to mop! It heats up fast! I only had to refill it once with water but I am ok with that! I have used this a few times and absolutely love it!! Would highly recommend to anyone with hard flooring, def worth every penny!!

I have LVP flooring and my dachshund potties if we are gone. I stay on top of it with a great enzyme cleaner and mop right away. We had a pet sitter while we were gone and she does a great job staying on top of the stains but misses a few. I mopped 3 times when I came home and ordered this mop after a lot of researching. The mop was just delivered and I mopped with it even though I mopped 5 days ago. We were shocked at the amount of dirt it picked up. This is the mop everyone should own. Lightweight, great value, and seems well built.

I got this on a Black Friday sale and am so glad I did! I wanted a steam mop and was thrilled with the additional functionality of this model. As it turns out, I use the handheld portion of this much more than I do the mop. The mop does a good job and makes my floors shiny, but when I use it in tight spaces, I’ve accidentally hit the release button on the removable portion a few times and had it fall off and spin around the floor, spewing steam. (That’s why the four stars instead of five.) I can chalk it up to my clumsiness and user error, but felt it was worth a mention. The handheld part has been amazing! My counters have never been so clean and shiny! Sticky and greasy messes don’t stand a chance! My stove is clean, even the hood! I’ve used it to clean so many different things at this point… I’m just looking for excuses to use it!

This is just what I have been looking for … my husband and I put new hardwood floors in our house and I was having all kinds of trouble keeping them looking clean. I would mop and they always looked smeared. We went on vacation and the vrbo rental we stayed in had one of these steam mops. I tried it and loved it. As soon as I got home I ordered one.. the only down fall is the cord is pretty short. I fixed that problem with a small extension cord.. I would definitely recommend this mop to anyone with hardwood floors and or laminate floors.

I opened it up, put distilled water in reservoir (only use distilled as per instructions), put the pad on, plugged it in and started steaming my kitchen/living room and bathroom. I was overcome with joy, for real...!!! This was the answer to my problem and dilemma over years of not having my flooring TRULY CLEAN! The floors are clean, sanitized and "soft" to the touch on bottom of feet...I felt the difference immediately! Price extremely amazing and item speaks for itself.

I love this steam mop. I had an older model steam mop that was about to conk out. Found this at a good price. Love how fast it heats up. Ease of use. I love the little tank for water that can be removed. It is a little tight to take off but I guess that may be to keep it from leaking. Have a1800sq ft home and I can use one tank and about a half to do my downstairs. I use the full steam selection. Maybe about 1/4 to 1/2 on two tile bathrooms upstairs as they may get a little more dirty. Use it every week, and as necessary after a spill, etc.. Can manuever around toilets, under the door stops on the walls, and under the counters easily. Own many Shark/Ninja products from kitchen appliances, vacuums, and hair styling products. Never disappointed.

One of the cheaper steams but works 10x better than any steamer I’ve ever used. Quick and easy to use, it heats up in less than 60 seconds. This is the second one I’ve purchased due to my old one no longer working (I’ve had it for years and didn’t follow directions to use distilled water). Make sure you use distilled water especially if you are in Florida and have well water.

Works well, good maneuverability and easy to install and definitely will use again. Lost a 1 star because there could be more improvement.Work time: Definitely quicker than a manual mop and bucket. I see a difference in the tile floor and maybe after another couple uses, it will get toSTEAM: It's like hot steaming industrial clothes iron with thick fabric pad . Steam was good.GRIP PAD: Grip pad got all dirt off and hair strands, it was easy to remove and replace and it easy to wash (easier than a mop head). I wish there was a special pad for sticky hard stains.CORNERS & TIGHT SPACES. I have another accessory to get the tight corners (I had to use a damp microfiber cloth to get those spots) .WATER TANK: I had to replace water in the tank three or four times when using high setting in about 4 rooms (If the tank any bigger, the design would be too bulky). I wish there was red light when water level low.
