**Q: why is the opening in the large size smaller than the opening  in medium/wide size?**
A: I  am just guessing: because you did not get a wide size large.

**Q: Are these nasal pillows factory sealed or just zip lock bag?**
A: My nose piece was sealed in plastic.

A: it is just the nasal cushion, for  but they sell the frame too.

**Q: The photo shows a medium but the item description is a large. There isnt a choice to select the size. Do you carry a medium or not?**
A: Yes they have small medium and large but I think medium comes with all of the headgear combo units even if you order the large frame you get a medium pillow. You can order separate but I think it costs a little more

This nasal feature is a better one than I originally had (a hard plastic one that fit over the bridge of my nose). This one is a perfect fit, comfortable, and it stays in place. The bridge of my nose if FREE from pain and nightly bruising. I had to update the other parts of my face mask to fit this piece. In all, I spent around 30.00, and I am thankful because I needed a doctor's apt. and a new RX to get my replaced.
