I have tried it with 100W charger, a ANKER 7-1 usb c hub and a "usb-c to hdmi adapter". This works great with all of these. I must say I'm able to achieve 144 Hz at 1440p with this adapter. I must say this only has one flaw that could be improved in version 2.0; This is that the cable tends to put too much weight on the adapter laterally. It's an L-shape adapter and the cable weight strains the connector on one side.
