A: Yes, it is 64 bit.  Standard shipping $95.00

A: No, bit I reused my core2duo stock cooler without a problem

**Q: Its the slacr or sl9um?**
A: depends on the seller but i specifically ordered the SLACR stepping and thats what i received. you'll likely have to contact the individual seller as is may be sold by random joe's computer parts and fulfilled/delivered through Amazon.

**Q: Dose it come whit a heatsink?**
A: Mine did not. Was just a bare cpu but contact the seller and see what they include.
