The Apple USB Type-C cables included with your MacBook Pro can charge up to 100W but only support USB 2.0 transfer speeds since they are not actual Thunderbolt cables. **Q: Will this cable work to connect a mac studio computer to the new mac Studio 27 inch display.**
A: So long as the two devices have a thunderbolt 3 or above port, the cable will work to connect the two.

**Q: My cable came without any caldigit logos on the plugs. i bought directly from caldigit on amazon. is this expected? or is my cable counterfeit?**
A: Contact Caldigit directly. Their website has a live chat feature. I have been very impressed with their hardware. I have observed with other hardware providers that sourcing cables in the COVID era is creating supply challenges.
