Originally released on 13th September 1994, 'Ready to Die' is the debut studio album from hip-hop legend, The Notorious B.I.G. Upon release, the album was met with widespread critical acclaim, with Pitchfork giving it a 10/10 rating along with various other critics praising it for its brutally honest depiction of gang violence and conflict as opposed to the often-glorified portrayal in the genre and the wider media.

The album is consistently excellent not containing any bad songs, whilst also containing songs like "juicy" (at this price it would be worth it for juicy alone, kinda). It is probably the best hip hop debut album of all time. It created an icon: Biggie Smalls. It is simply a must have!

Classic cd. His flow is great on here and the beats are decent. I have both the original cd and remastered version. I got the original of Amazon and its in great condition and plays fine. My favourite tracks 1. Me and my bitch 2. Gimme the loot 3. Juicy 4.every day struggles 5. Machine gun funk.

Vinyl eventually came after a botched order that went missing from The Netherlands to the UK a month later. Worth the wait however, except NOT white vinyl as advertised so be warned if you're expecting a super rare edition. Still an amazing buy, sound quality is pristine, came in the original shrink wrap.
