The lighter is Japanese made and of very high quality. The instructions are in Japanese, but a little bit of research on the internet; like YouTube; provides easy to understand instructions. It hold lighter fluid longer than a zippo; thanks to the sealed fluid system. Have very good wind blocking; on par with a zippo. Light weight. Good looking. Easy to one strike light. Makes me seem like a classy chap; although I’m not. It’s so nice that I now want the solid brass one. If you can use the internet to surf Amazon, you can use the internet to find instructions.
