Dishwasher safe as advertised. When I cook food doesn't really stick to them and I feel they are a much better choice than traditional bamboo since I can just throw them in the dishwasher after a quick rinse when I'm done. They are perfect for my needs. It looks nice and the handles are nice and long. However, one thing I'd like to note is that the grey handle is textured which may be easier to grip but a little uncomfortable to hold. The bamboo on my set is already cracking and just gets larger each time I use it. Loved it until this began to happen.
