Review: Just as I remembered - I started taking Endurox Excel while racing in my 20's and always remembered the benefits of increased VO2 and increased stamina with no leg pain the next day. Well, forward almost twenty years...I'm not quite what I used to be physically but mentally I believe I am still that twenty something athlete. My runs (6 days a week) 5.25miles, 4.25 miles. 3.25 miles,a day off then repeat are not as long or as intense as they once were, however: being in my forties I have to say that being 6'4 and 235lbs they feel every bit as long as my 15 milers were back in the day. None the less, I remembered what Endurox did for me in the past, so I decided to get it again and it still gives me the same benefits as I remembered. I couple the tabs with the R4 recovery and enjoy my work outs everyday. No pain, no stress running what I now call my "Cross country pace" at a 8 min 45 sec mile. I have 20 more words to write or they won't let me submit my review...

**Q: how many days in a row can I use endurox?**
A: I try to use it every day, even if I don't work out. Those are also the directors from the company. I'll reiterate that I no longer have "bad days" or "off days" when I run, even after a lay off. I've been taking Endurox for over two years, and even though I went through a plateau phase about the one year mark, i got over the hump and It still helps me with distance running.

**Q: Are there any banned s**
A: I'm assuming you ment to write "are there any banned substances in this product". None that are illegal. However, if you are participating competitively, I would ask whatever organization you fall under if using Endurox would be within their parameters. Exc; Deer antler velvet is not illegal, but major sports organizations don't allow it's use.

**Q: I ordered this Feb 202) and it was expiring at the end of the month. Are these still close to expiring date?**
A: The expiration date on the outside of the box is correct, your box expires February 2021 (next year).

**Q: ‭valid until the year?**
A: Yes, it was only recently that I started to have mediocre day (Maybe the last two months). Still could complete the workout, but felt like I wasn't preforming at optimum level. So I got off of Endurox to reset, I went on a run two days ago and was WAY OFF! Had not done that poorly and almost a year. My local GNC isn't carrying it anymore, so now I have to wait for it to arrive in the mail. The stuff really works, give it a try!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Endurox Excel is my Go To Race and Training Supplement for at least 15 years.

I've been using this stuff on and off for the better part of 15 or more years with mountain and road cycling and racing. Rating is is subjective because you never can tell just what it is that makes you faster. I use is 4 weeks before race season till just after, (Feb1-Sept 30th). I train with power. No matter how many intervals I do in winter, I see a different response in say April my first TT of the year. I can cleary maintain a higher more consistent HR and put out a higher power to go with it. Even If i do a power test in late October (after not using it for a month) when I;m still in great shape, I feel I cannot maintain that higher HR and the higher power that seems to go with it. I just seems to add a few beats to my TT and Max HR and the associated power that goes with it. It does seem to help me burn fat on longer rides, I always see the truing just magically come together about 4 weeks after I start taking it. I have tried Optygen and other more expensive stuff, but Endurox is my go to supplement. BTW during the peak of racing I use some additional oral Rhidiola as well but inly in a two or so week burst during intense periods/peaks. Does is really work? I fairly sure, I'm pretty experienced racer and been training for at least 2 decades. Im sure it doesn't hurt and its not expensive. Give it a try and see of you sustain a longer higher more steady HR and lay out your best power numbers after 30 days.
