Would these food stix be too big for them to eat?** A: We have goldfish in our pond about that size, and I have seen them suck down a whole pellet.... but it is not that easy for them. You might want to look for a food that is small round pellets instead of the long ones like this. **Q: The zipper on this bag breaks really, really easily. What quart container can I fit the entire bag in?** A: I had purchased this product before at Lowes. It came in a large container with a plastic lid. I kept this container and pour my koi food into it from the zippered bag. Works well when I take it out to feed the fish. **Q: I would like to know if this does indeed enhance the color of the Koi ? We have 27 right now blue white red and gold variations** A: on my 3rd box, red heads on my orange koi are brighter and the really Glisson in the sun. the orange and black are brighter. Didn't see any difference in dulling my white koi, their orange and black spots are brighter. Seems to work. they love this feed over pellets.
