The oil has a pleasant, pungent smell and taste. I've used it orally as a dental rinse for gums and my hygienist has noticed a reduction in inflammation. I've also used it as a facial treatment to reduce stubborn dry spots.

Great Product!
I've been taking BSO for about a year now, though I just started taking this particular brand about a week ago. More for your money, and the fuse with Vitamin D is spectacular. You can't go wrong with it, in my opinion..Not only do I feel even better taking this brand, but I have all the hope and faith in the world that this brand of BSO is gonna take good care of me!

Good quality but not the best
Black seed oil is amazing oil. It supposed to reduce an antibody produced against thyroid amongst many other properties. I will see how it is going to affect my condition. I haven’t got any response to my question to its support team in regards of what percentage of thymoquonone is in this oil. This is very important information and I don’t see on the label, unfortunately. I hope someone would answer my question. Also there is no information on the label that indicates the oil was produced using cold or hot press method. I bought BSO from Activation and their was the best. Micro ingredients BSO is affordable, more clearer, tastes the same as Activation oil.

I love this product, this is a high quality black seed oil, the taste is not bad but I am use to taking black seed oil from other companies so this is not bad, added to my night time regimen
