Delicious sesame oil
I make a lot of Asian-style dishes and upon recommendation of America's Test Kitchen, purchased this brand. Love it! Clean, nutty flavor and aroma, toasted sesame oil wasn't my favorite ingredient in the past. But this brand has changed my mind. It's a full 12 oz. also, so I found it to be a reasonable price.

Good flavor, Product of Korea
It has a nice flavor and doesn't seem too viscous. Price is very reasonable for the amount (56 oz/approx. 1.6 liters). It is a Product of Korea. I've used it for stir fry at the end but it's actually best consumed unheated. This is toasted oil and the smell can be intense so try it sparingly first. The can arrived with a huge dent in it ... If the lid is open (ready to pour) even holding the can squirts oil. It seems like other people have had packaging issues I thought it wouldn't be a big deal but it's now happened every use. I am little annoyed by the waste/cleanup. If your can is dented, exchange for a new one.The oil is a dark golden brown color from the roasting. Because the seeds are roasted at high heat, the oil resists oxygenation and rancidity better than regular sesame oil, making it stable for long-term storage. Toasted sesame oil has the lowest smoke point of the three types (refined/unrefined/toasted). Typically toasted oil is not to be used stir frying or deep frying but you can use it as seasoning at the end of stir frying. Mostly used as flavoring and in salad dressings and marinades.Buy Kadoya if you plan to use the oil for cooking.https://www.amazon.com/Kadoya-Brand-Sesame-Oil-Oz/dp/B002HMLMHY

oil from Korea
I know this company is reliable in Korea, so that's why I placed the order. The sesame oil smells just like the kind I used in Korea, and the quality is also very good, so I continue to order and buy it from here. The fact that it's a bit cheaper than the retail price is another reason why I order from here.
