Well made and should last a long time.
These were bought after an Achilles tendon rupture to prevent stretching of the tendon during the recovery phase. They are of a good quality and fit under the inner sole neatly without adding much bulk; so the shoe stays on well when walking. the foam is firm and does not collapse when weight bearing. Highly recommended.

Fr too hard for me
This item attracted me because of it's spelling....TalarMade. I broke my heel bone (calcaneum) some years ago. I was told I needed an operation called an isolated "subTalar" fusion of the joint, sadly, it didn't go well and ruined my life. Hence, why the word "Talar" caught my attention. I don't doubt that this item will help some people in certain ways, it was of no use to me, though.

Not 10mm as advertised - actually 8mm!
When dealing with medical things such as heel soles, every mm matters. We specifically bought this because we needed 10mm - but its actually 8mm, maybe 8.5. Definetely not 10. Waste of money.
