Over heating, not well controlled via knob
Product is sturdy with 7 point heating range. But bread was overburning just at a lower range (2-3), I had returned the product and got money back. Amazon shows its a made in India product which is not correct, on the box it was mentioned made in china (another reason for returning the product).

We have a BOSS hand blender for long time then we order BOSS hand blender again.This is first time we have order the Pop up toaster. But the first use result is Good. We can trust BOSS product
