I believe they help me get through the day when I can’t even focus or find the energy to pray. Vitamins have been there for me when doctors weren’t. Vitamins and herbal supplements have been Godsends for this country girl – a girl still at the age of 60. I have been taking vitamins for at least most of my lifetime, but I only recently began taking Thorne vitamins.
