**Q: Is it cotton canvas?**
A: No. It's a heavy poly plastic I'd guess. I love mine!! I haul groceries in from the car w/ it.

**Q: What size fabric bins fit in here?**
A: I don't know what a fabric bin is but this is a lot larger than I was expecting.  It is substantial and holds a lot. Price is great also. You won't be disappointed.

**Q: Does it have a wire frame?**
A: Yes it does have a wire frame

**Q: Is this Good to use as a travel bag for 7 days of clothes for a vacation**
A: Not really as I don't see it closing all the way with that much clothes.

I found this to be a little lackluster in person, color-wise. It is unlined, so I am concerned about how much weight it can handle, but the capacity is good. The metal frame does keep it standing up and wide open, ready to receive goods. I don't think that this can be used as an over-the-shoulder tote. I would have given this a solid 3.5 stars if half-stars were possible!
