Q: what is the size of each vehicle?

They are about 5" x 2 1/2. When they came they looked too small, but with the way they go when pushed they are the right size.

Q: Does these moves on theres own?

You roll these back and forth on the floor to "wind them up" a bit in the front tires, then when you release them they roll on their own as they "un-wind".

Q: Do the guys come out of the trucks?

I'm not absolutely sure bought them as I gift. I will say I've seen one of the trucks when my grandson came to visit. He was a typical boy throwing and playing with the truck and the guys did not fall out of the truck.
