I am so disappointed that I felt the need to share my experience. After 1 month of use (maybe used it 2/3 times) I had to write back to the seller as the head of the epilator stoped working and the seller actually send me a new box with all the pieces new. I thought the one I had before had some kind of defect and now the problem would be solved. Unfortunately no. A few months later the same piece broke down. It costs almost 200 aed /45€ which is basically half of the price of the full set. But I bought it thinking maybe I did something wrong. Few more months have passed and today the same piece broke, again. 3rd time that I need to replace it and this time I am sure I was very careful using the epilator. On top of that the battery is getting weaker it doesn’t last to shave both legs I need to recharge it after one leg shaved. What was supposed to be an upgrade is now being a burden.
