I ordered the tablets, which can be swallowed whole, if you prefer not to chew them up. Still a great product! **Q: Product description shows a chewable, but customer photos show a capsule?** A: The last order I received was for the dissolving B12 tablets. I believe the photo in the description needs to be switched out. **Q: What is the typical shelf life of the capsules?** A: The vitamins come in a tightly sealed resealable package that contain 180 capsules. I take one a day so that lasts me six months. I don't expose all of them to the air, just take out enough for about a month and reseal. They stay fresh for that time period.
