Free flowing
This unit works very well and has the exact look I was hoping for. The swan neck is a little less tall than my previous faucet, but still tall enough for my purposes. The changing lights are interesting. It was an easy installation and I felt a great value.

Excellent faucet
This faucet was so reasonable priced that I was wondering if all the reviews could be trusted. It is a very well made faucet and was simple to install. Plus it really updated my kitchen sink with its modern design. I am so glad that I made this purchase. It has a lifetime warranty on the back of the box it came in as long as you have the original purchase receipt. If you are looking for a new faucet this one will not disappoint you.

Wow!! For the price? Wow what an awesome Kitchen Faucet
Great look, quality feel, works outstandingly. No leaks, great pressure, easy DIY install. We love this faucet. The ONLY reason it does not get 5 stars is because of the sharp edges where the body of the handle meets the faucet. Sharp enough to cut you. But we are careful when we use it, and for the price we are keeping it.

I really wanted to hate this
Update - After 4 months this faucet has held up great. I've noticed that when you turn off the faucet with wet hands water seems like it drips out of the bottom of the handle but it is really just the water from your hands. Since I have the handle mounted on the side it creates a little puddle under it. Not sure if there is a design that would avoid that or not - but possibly some people's leak experiences are actually just wet hands. It's still thin metal and feels like you could rip it out if you wanted to but everything still works perfectly fine. For less than $40 there wasn't much to lose. If I didn't feel like it met the product description it is simple enough to return. The first one I received was clearly a return from someone else. I don't really mind that if it is still "new" but the locking nut was cross threaded and I could see indentations on the washers indicating it was connected. It felt pretty cheap and the off-gassing from the plastic was overwhelming. I ordered a replacement though because again, $40 with soap dispenser. The replacement also was clearly used. The hoses were off-gassing as before. I get the impression Amazon refurbished these and sold them new. I left the box open to air out for a few days and then installed it as a replacement to an expensive Delta faucet that never really worked great and the side sprayer was busted. Pro-tip: if your old faucet is rusted in place and penetrating oil isn't doing the job, just get mad and hit the faucet with a hammer twice pretty hard. Then pull it up, use a hack saw to cut the hoses and the rusted out locking nut will drop off.Once I got it all connected I remembered what it is like to have full water volume flowing from the kitchen faucet. The aerator does a good job of not restricting how much total volume you get because the stream of water has a large diameter. The old Delta was always slow filling glasses or pots. This is not.The soap dispenser looks fine and it will work fine. The top just pulls off easily for refilling for I would prefer it were threaded or more securely attached. No one really depresses the soap from a 90 degree angle, everyone comes at it from an angle which eventually something is going to break on it. I get the feeling if someone pulls too hard on the handle it will rip off. The spray function is nice but all other pull down faucets I'm aware of revert back to a regular stream when you turn the water off. This one stays in sprayer mode until you switch it back - maybe that's a feature to someone else but not me.The pull out length is quite long. When you're installing make sure you account for all that extra hose and the counter weight by keeping your supply hoses pushed to the sides. I let the water run through for a good while if it hasn't been used in a while because I'm concerned about the off-gassing into the water. It doesn't smell anymore though so maybe after a week it's been long enough. In conclusion, I was annoyed that neither one I received was in true new condition. I wanted to hate it after I installed it so the person in charge of design decisions would be forced to make one. I never expected this to be an enduring faucet and I think if you still have children in the house it probably won't hold up. But for us it works for now. With a sturdier base and less flimsy soap dispenser I'd say it were 5 stars. As-is it is not something one should expect to stand up to abuse or years of service.

Easy to switch out, works great, priced great
So far we’ve had it in for about 5 days and no issues with leakage. The faucet feels very sturdy, the sprayer portion pulls back in easily. My fiancé was able switch it out very easily. So far we love it, and it looks way better than the original faucet from when the kitchen was built.Overall, great value for the $40 we paid. Just be sure to measure to ensure the deck will cover all holes, as this was a pretty close call for ours!

I really wanted to like it, but there are issues that persist across various units
Unfortunately, the IR sensor started to fail after about 9 months, so I ended up buying a new unit from the same seller. It was so inexpensive compared to a similar version at the big box stores, I figured I was still ahead. When I got the new unit, I noticed on the box that it said it had a lifetime warranty. That was strange because it didn't mention that on the listing. So I started to investigate. Nowhere on the seller's page does it mention anything about a lifetime warranty. Nor is there an easy way to reach out to the seller. My only option was to engage Amazon support. After a while on the phone with a support person, he managed to find a way in the system to send a message to the seller. So I followed those steps. In the meantime since this was my primary kitchen faucet, I installed the new one I just purchased. I figured that if I can in fact get a lifetime warranty replacement, when they replace it, I'll just send that one back in place of the one I just bought. It's still brand new, unopened box, same SKU. So...No harm, no foul in returning it for a refund. The seller (in China) did in fact get back to me in a timely fashion and had a new unit sent out from Amazon, so I wasn't awaiting a long, overseas shipment. So I had the new one (the one I just purchased a second time) installed. And almost immediately, it started leaking from the base where the feed lines mate up into the base of the faucet. This caused it to leak down under the sink and make a mess of that area. Fortunately, I had a water sensor down there to alert me that it was leaking down. "Disappointing, yes, but not a major problem. I have the new one (warranty replacement from the seller) arriving soon."So now I'm on my 3rd unit. I swap it out (I'm getting good at it by now) and send the leaky one back as defective. I still get my money back because at this point I'm returning a broken unit, not an unused unit.Another day or two goes by annnnnnnd.... this replacement starts leaking in the exact same spot! Major disappointment now! At this point, I'm not going to warranty replace it since these units have the exact same defect: Either the factory isn't crimping there fittings tight enough or there's simply some fitment issues that need to be resolved. And that's disappointing.I'd give the seller 4.5 stars for being very responsive to my issue...once I/we were able to figure out how to reach them, they were very accommodating. But, it's too bad for the seller that these reviews are based on the product and not the seller themself. And in this case, I just can't give this unit any more than 1-star because I was 0 for 3 on getting a long-term functioning unit.
