THAT IS something that you can not get from any of the other electrolytes. Mito/Plex to me is the best of the best. I have done the NAT to help loose weight. It does work. I am not sh..ing you. But it is expensive. If you decide to try both or just the Mito/Plex. You will be happy. Mito/Plex is 65.00 but if you order on desertcart You will get a discount after they deliver to you 4 times. The discount will be close to 10.00. Not sure the savings on the keto drink Nat. 154.00 Now. I joined Pruvit two- three years ago. The Mito/Plex was 30.00 through Pruvit now 65.00 The Nat was 125.00 now it is 154.00. All taste excellent. I don’t have the money to keep buying. It is a super good product. The cost is the same on desertcart as it is in the Pruvit store site.

**Q: Does The broth pruvit contain caffeine?**
A: According to the ingredients on the box there is no caffeine in the ingredients.  I love love this product. All 3 citrus flavors and good.  Not too tart like other ketones I have bought.  Easy to carry with you anywhere. Just add to whatever you are going to drink, shake or water and you are good to go.

**Q: Does this help you lose weight.?**
A: By itself no, but combined with drinking ketones and a low carb diet yes it will aid in helping you lose weight. Its a great way to get your electrolytes back into your system as well.

**Q: Does contain sweetener**
A: Contains Stevia - Keto friendly - Gluten free - dairy free  -  1 packet is 5 Calories -

**Q: Does this product contain caffeine?**
A: No , I do think they do ,anything that has charged is caffeine... I use these for hydration and cramping in my legs ... while on my keto plan
