## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this also made of ABS plastic like the other versions by the same brand?**
A: I would contact the seller or look on the item ingo to see if states what plastic it's made from. You cant tell just by looking at it. What the plastic is.

**Q: Is it washable?**
A: In theory, yes, because you can remove the inner coconut fibre filling. I'm not sure how well it would do in a washing machine as the plastic bits might become unstuck! You could possibly hand wash it, but again I have no idea re the glue for the plastic bits. I don't think I'd risk washing mine in water. It should be possible to brush or vacuum clean, though.

**Q: For the white mat - what are the plastic spikes made of - are  they non toxic abs plastic?**
A: It's should say on the sellers page. If not contact the seller

**Q: How is it different from the other acupressure set?**
A: I have purchased 2 different ones and they are pretty much the same. They do the same thing. I brought my friend one it was purple it cost more had a really nice fabric bag. Some are more expensive and you can tell they are more better made but as to how the products works. It's the spikes on the Matt's, the pretty much do the same thing.

Exactly as illustrated! Really pleased with my new yantra mat as I call them. I’ve been using one to help with my well being for many years now. It looks very good quality, the bag is lovely too, & the accessories are great! Thank you for what looks like an excellent product & at a very reasonable price! 🙏

Item was received yesterday, it looks well made and it came with a bag for storing it. Additionally, I also received two acupressure tennis size balls that are also useful to massage your soles while you are working at your desk or while watching tv.

I have seen the more expensive ones of these and always wanted one. Before I commuted I thought I would get this and see how much it got used before I spent a lot.I really love it - I use it for my evening breathwork or meditation and feel like it makes a difference to my sleep that night. I can’t say I am going to buy the more expensive one because this does the job as far as I am concerned!
