It does seem to show history, which isn't shown in the Tuya app. It works ok in Alexa, although it appears as off for some reason. You can override the desired temperature from Alexa - but I've set the timer setting on the Tuya app rather than Alexa. **Q: Nothing seems to connect to the hub?** A: Have you paired the device with the hub? What sort of device is it? **Q: Does this gateway hub support tuya blind roller motor model is am43 and can control anywhere? thanks** A: Hello, it supports tuya zigbee devices. **Q: Does this zigbee hub support other manufacture's zigbee devices (specifically sunricher sr-zg9001t4-rgbw-eu) ?** A: I have the hub connected to a range of Zigbee devices, and so far they all work together. If the device says its Zigbee certified then I think it would most likely work. I have switches and a LED driver from IKEA, a Sonoff Micro Zigbee switch, a Saswell TRV, a couple of other generic Zigbee devices, and the Ketokek TRV which I bought with the hub. I am running the hub with the Smartlife version of the Tuya App and have run the Tuya version previously, there's not much difference between the two. Depending on your device, you may not get all the advertised functions or it may appear as multiple devices, but I think that is down to how Tuya/Smartlife understands your device. Very happy with gateway ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, possibly needs a zigbee booster *by J***N on 4 November 2024* I've been using this KETOTEK Tuya WiFi ZigBee 3.0 Bluetooth Gateway Hub for nearly 6 months now, and overall, I'm pleased with its performance. The hub itself is well-built and easy to set up. It's also great that it supports multiple protocols like WiFi, ZigBee, and Bluetooth, which makes it versatile for different smart home devices. However, I do have some issues with the reliability of certain devices connected to it. Some of them don't always respond or take a while to respond, even when they're just a 15-20 feet away from the hub. I suspect that this might be due to limitations of the hub ariels I've had problems with devices like sensors and switches not being able to connect or stay connected for extended periods of time. This can be frustrating, especially when you're trying to automate certain tasks or control your smart home setup remotely. Despite these issues, I still think that this hub is a good option for those who need to integrate multiple protocols into their smart home setup. It's just something to keep in mind and consider before purchasing.
